November brought cooler temperatures and our first Thanksgiving celebration. We hosted a party of 16 people, for most of whom this was their first Thanksgiving experience ever. Cyrus and Griffin managed to rope in 3 of the guests into an after-dinner performance of a play that was put on by the first grade at the Inernational School. In addition to Cyrus and Griffin were 2 Italians (one of whom was my Italian teacher, who said Cyrus explained their roles to them completely in Italian!) and a traininee from Barcelona, Spain, from my library. I think a good time was had by all.
