After the garden show, an Australian friend of Cyrus from school came over with his sister and parents for brats on the grill (one of our Danish neighbors has a real Weber grill!). The photos below are taken from our terrace, looking up at our turret.
Then this morning we hosted a pancake breakfast with one of the Danish families who also have an apartment in our house. We were also joined by Helen's parents, who were passing through Fiesole, after a month travling through southern Italy by camper. Helen and I are in the same Italian class, and she was also an AFS student, in Argentina. Her husband, Jeppe, is a PhD candidate at the EUI, and Lesse is 3 years old and loves to watch Griffin in action!
